Delete your MacroTrack account
Deleting your account erases it and everything in it. There is no recovery afterwards — not by you, and not by us.
If you still have the app
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account.
It happens immediately, and you can export your logs as a CSV from the same dialog first. This is the fastest route and it does not involve anyone reading your email.
If you no longer have the app
Email support-mt@physiqueatlas.com — the address in the Privacy Policy — from the address your account uses, with the subject Delete my account.
We reply within 30 days and normally much sooner. We can only act on a request sent from the account's own email address — otherwise anyone could delete anyone's account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity
- Your profile and daily goals
- Every meal you have logged, on every date
- Your saved food history
- Your AI usage counters and the records of your AI requests
What does not disappear instantly
Encrypted database backups roll over on a fixed schedule and may still contain your rows for up to 30 days after deletion. They are not readable by the app, are never restored selectively, and expire on their own.
Meal descriptions previously sent to our AI provider are handled under that provider's own retention terms, described in the Privacy Policy. They are not linked to your account: your user ID is never sent with them.
